KwikVoice is built around one core principle: your invoice data is yours, and it never leaves your device. This page explains exactly what that means in practice.

What we don't collect

No account or signup is required to use KwikVoice, so we don't collect names, emails, or passwords.
The business details, client details, and line items you type into the invoice form are never transmitted to any server. There is no backend that processes or stores this information — the PDF is generated entirely in your browser.
We don't use tracking cookies, and we don't build advertising profiles.

What is stored locally on your device

KwikVoice can optionally save invoice history and your next invoice number using your browser's local storage, so returning to the page later can pick up where you left off. This data stays on your device — it is never sent anywhere — and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for kwikvoice.com.

Anonymous analytics

We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service, to see aggregate, anonymous visit counts (for example, how many people visited the page, and roughly what country and browser they used). This does not identify you personally and cannot be linked back to any invoice data, since none of that data ever reaches a server in the first place.

Third-party links

Pages on this site may link to third-party sites (for example, GoatCounter's own site). We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of external sites you choose to visit.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of KwikVoice after an update means you accept the revised policy.
