Invoicing as a freelancer, without the overhead

As a freelancer, you're usually billing a handful of clients, not running an accounting department. Most invoicing software is built for the second case — recurring billing, client portals, payment processing — and charges a monthly fee for features you'll never touch.

KwikVoice is built for the first case: fill in your business details and your client's, add line items, and download a clean PDF invoice. No account, no monthly fee, no data stored anywhere but your own device.

What freelancers actually need from an invoice

Your business infoName, address, and optional tax ID (EIN, VAT, or similar) — shown clearly at the top.
Client detailsWho you're billing, with their own address and tax ID if relevant.
Line itemsDescribe the work, set quantity and rate — totals calculate automatically as you type.
Payment termsBank details, PayPal, or whatever you use — add it as a free-text note on the invoice.
Multiple currenciesUSD, EUR, GBP, CZK — bill international clients in their currency or yours.
A logo, if you want oneOptional upload, shown at the top of the invoice for a more polished look.

Why privacy matters here specifically

Freelance invoices carry real personal and financial information — your address, your client's address, what you charged, sometimes your tax ID. A tool that uploads that to a server you don't control is a tool you're trusting with more than you might realize. KwikVoice never sends any of it anywhere; the PDF is generated entirely in your own browser.
