KwikVoice is a small, focused tool for one job: creating a clean, professional invoice PDF quickly, without the overhead of full accounting software.
It was built out of frustration with "free" invoice tools that cap you at a handful of invoices, ask for your email before letting you download anything, or quietly upload your business and client data to a server you have no visibility into.
KwikVoice runs entirely as a single page in your browser. When you fill in your business details, client details, and line items, that information stays on your device the whole time — nothing is sent to a server, because there is no server involved in generating your invoice. The PDF is built client-side and delivered straight to you.
Freelancers, consultants, and small business owners who need to send an occasional invoice without paying for a subscription or setting up an account. It supports multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, CZK), tax percentages, discounts, and an optional logo.
